โกI wish it was a world where food tastes good. People around me are often surprised by the fact that I easily invite acquaintances into my extremely personal space called home. Maybe it's because I met COVID-19 at the same time as I got a job, but I've been spending more time at home, and naturally, I've been inviting friends to my house where I live alone more. Friends who come to Seoul from my hometown to visit, colleagues who cheer together during the World Cup season, and many other people I want to feed them. Most of the gatherings that take place at my house are based on home-cooked meals that I make myself, not delivery or take-out food. Some days, I open a Korean restaurant, some days, it's a Western restaurant, and some days, I come up with recipes for new and unique dishes that I've never tried before. On days when I want to plate things on pretty plates, I even buy new plates and utensils. It feels like the belly is bigger than the stomach, and in a world where you can find more delicious food right in front of your door with just a few clicks, but I still go to the market and make the food myself. For pre-scheduled gatherings, I make invitations and prepare a menu with the dayโs menu and Wi-Fi password. I do it because I like seeing people I like come and enjoy themselves. I press the shutter on each dish that I make with skills that are no better than those of a neighborhood restaurant chef, and when I eat deliciously and pat my full belly, thereโs nothing better than that, so I cook home-cooked meals. Those who eat home-cooked meals may not know, but those who donโt have anyone to prepare a warm meal if I donโt move know. Thereโs nothing warmer, more affectionate, and more thankful than home-cooked meals. When I see people who donโt eat well because they were born with their motherโs DNA, I want to take them there and feed them. I wish the world could be a place where people smell, a place where life is worth living, no, a place where food is delicious. If I keep cooking like this, I think that one day Iโll open the restaurant of my dreams and invite dozens of people to a spacious house where I can easily invite them to #์ง๋ฐฅ๋จน๊ณ ๊ฐ๋. Iโm not saying this in vain. Eat and go. โกCooking is a very altruistic act. "Come eat" I wish the world was a place where such words were exchanged a lot. - You Quiz (Mr. Eo Nam Ryu Su-young) #Record Club #๋ญ๋ง์๋์๋น
