I recently bought a new Stoever TPU Index cutting board 😄 My criteria for choosing a cutting board are: 1. It has to be light 2. Use it by material 3. It doesn't leave knife marks 4. It's a hanging type so it's hygienic It seems to make less noise when cutting and I've used it for about a week and it doesn't leave many knife marks It also has a water flow prevention bar so food doesn't spill out, which is convenient and nice!
