[Coconut Shrimp] This morning, I was drinking coffee and was hungry, so I took out some coconut slices and ate them. I thought it would be delicious to make shrimp fritters with this, but it was so hot that I couldn't fry them in oil, so I baked them in the oven☺️ The sweet coconut shrimp and lemon garlic sauce go together better than I thought. I think it would taste better if butter was added🙈 - Coconut shrimp ingredients: 8 shrimp, 3T white wine, 1 egg, 3T coconut slices + 3T breadcrumbs, 6T flour, salt, pepper Lemon garlic sauce ingredients: 2T olive oil, 6T lemon juice, 1T minced garlic, 3T honey, salt, pepper 1. Remove the moisture from the shrimp and season with white wine, salt, and pepper, and wait for 15 minutes. 2. Mix the dressing ingredients to make the sauce. 3. Coat the shrimp with the batter. Coated in flour - egg wash - coconut slices + breadcrumbs in that order. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes. 5.
