Home baking day!๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ I baked British scones full of Earl Grey flavor :) Earl Grey scones go really well with lemon. ๐Ÿ‹ So this time, I paired some lemon marmalade with Earl Grey scones๐Ÿ’› The fragrant taste of Earl Grey and the refreshing taste of lemon are so harmonious๐Ÿ’› - Ingredients - 170g all-purpose flour 130g cake flour 70g butter 70g sugar 2g salt 8g baking powder 4g Earl Grey tea leaves 100ml milk 1 egg - How to make - 1. Cut the butter into cubes and keep in the freezer until use. 2. Mix the cold milk and egg well and keep in the refrigerator to keep it cold. 3. Add all-purpose flour, cake flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, Earl Grey tea leaves, and butter to the food processor and process until the butter is smaller than a grain of rice. 4. Add milk and egg water to the food processor and process until the flour disappears and clumps start to form. (Leave about 15ml of milk and egg water) 5. Pour the dough onto a cutting board or work surface and quickly make it into a ball, then repeat the folding and pressing process two or three times. (Work quickly so that the butter does not melt.) 6. Refrigerate the dough for about an hour and cut into the desired shape. (If the butter seems to melt while cutting, you can leave it in the refrigerator a little longer before baking.) 7. Spread the remaining milk and egg water on the scones and bake in the oven to complete! (Preheat to 180 degrees, bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes, at 180 degrees for 10 minutes) While baking, the house will be filled with the scent of butter and Earl Grey๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’› #Today's Home #ํ™ˆ๋ฒ ์ดํ‚น #ํ™ˆ์นดํŽ˜ #์Šค์ฝ˜ #์Šค์ฝ˜๋งŒ๋“ค๊ธฐ #์–ผ๊ทธ๋ ˆ์ด #์–ผ๊ทธ๋ ˆ์ด์Šค์ฝ˜ #๋ ˆ๋ชฌ๋งˆ๋ฉ€๋ ˆ์ด๋“œ #์˜คํ™ˆ์Šคํ† ๋ž‘ #์˜จ๋”ํ…Œ์ด๋ธ” #์˜จ๋งˆ์ดํ…Œ์ด๋ธ” #์˜จ๋”ํ”Œ๋ ˆ์ดํŠธ #๋ ˆ์‹œํ”ผ #๋ ˆ์‹œํ”ผ๊ณต์œ  #๋ ˆ์‹œํ”ผ์ถ”์ฒœ #์„ธ์ž„๋”” #๊ทธ๋ฆ‡์ถ”์ฒœ #์˜ˆ์œํ…œ์ตœ๊ณ ์•ผ #๋งžํŒ” #์‹ ํ˜ผ์€๋ญ๋จน์ง‘
