My body felt like it weighed a ton on the way home. When I got home, I just wanted to throw everything away and rest, but when I got home, I was hungry. However, I didn't want to fill my stomach with any snacks that I saw. When I travel, there are many foods that I 'have no choice' to eat, not meals that I 'choose'. Everyone tends to choose foods that are delicious, and it's really hard to eat fresh vegetables. Of course, the amount of food I eat also increases. If I eat meals that deviate from my eating pattern for a few days, I don't hesitate to eat sweet snacks that I usually avoid. I now know that most of the food I eat is enjoyable when I eat it, but not enjoyable afterward, so I thought that eating such food at home was not a good choice for me when I was tired and exhausted. So I made dinner with ‘Roasted Vegetable Tomato Soup and Bread’, which is easy to cook and my favorite these days. The moment I took a bite of the hot tomato soup, I felt a sense of relief and comfort all over my body, thinking, ‘I’m really at my house.’ I’m so thankful for the tomato soup that gives me energy🍅
