A person who had to buy a bed with a reading light because her old bedtime routine was reading.. I don't put anything in my bedroom except for my bed and a Bluetooth speaker so that I can only read and sleep. Before lying down, I spray my favorite room spray on my bedding, crawl into my fluffy blanket, read a book, prop the book up with the bookmark on the nightstand, apply body lotion, apply cuticle oil, and moisturize my lip balm before turning off the reading light and focusing only on sleep.
