The height of my house from floor to ceiling is 3.8m. And that really helps the house that was previously small to look spacious. Another thing that made me sure to buy this house is because the housing's gutters are closed. And this makes the environment healthier, safer for children and free from odors and pests such as rats and cockroaches 😍 Do you think these two random things are important to consider when buying a house? This is outside the main things such as water availability, easy access, free from flooding, etc.
