Buying a house based only on videos on Youtube? Yep, that's what we did before deciding to finally buy this house 😂 We had time to go around and check out several show units, but in the end we chose the one we only saw on Youtube! But it's not without reason of course: 📍First, of course because we are already familiar with the area. 📐Second, because the layout is quite simple (basically only 3 areas measuring 5.5 x 5 meters combined into one long house) makes it easy for us to imagine it even though it's only from Youtube videos. Like the living room which is only square without partitions in this photo. 🛋️ Third, unlike other new clusters with the same price, this house is unfurnished, just as we wanted, so that we can be more flexible in determining the point of renovation and furnishing These three things are what made us sure to finally choose this house, even though we only saw it from Youtube videos.
