This is how we got this house, without comparing housing prices around here we were already happy to buy and build this house, because we were interested in the offer given by the developer about changing the total layout and upgrading all material specifications. So with the agreed price by means of KPR we only need to add upgrades to the specifications, while the construction is ongoing while we save for the upgrade specifications.
