Starting from a studio apartment at 25, then moving to a two-room apartment in an old house, and finally moving into an officetel for the first time in 7 years of living alone. There were advantages to the two-room apartment in an old house, but the cold winter and the minor stress caused by the outdated facilities were the reasons why I chose an officetel even though the space was a little cramped. However, since I am a single-person household, I have a lot of clothes and work a lot at home, so I naturally chose a duplex because I thought about a space separate from the bedroom.
