The reason I chose to build from scratch was because we already had land next to my in-laws' house. After we had the money, we built a house from scratch. In my opinion, the location is very strategic, there are still many green areas & each house is not close to each other. After 2 years of living in this house, little by little we started to fill each room that was initially completely empty. Indeed, filling a house requires patience and is not always about the desire to be filled at once. In fact, every month there is definitely progress in filling the house.
