Sunlight seems to warm both the body and the mind :) We have a newborn baby who is just 50 days old living in our houseㅎ Every day, I feed him, change his diaper, and put him to sleep every 2-3 hours~ On days when I don't go to work, time at home seems to fly by. As usual, I ate and soothed my whining baby and suddenly I looked at the coffee shop in front of me and the sunlight was shining on it. The warm feeling of the wood and the warm sunlight were so pretty,,, I had been focusing all my attention on the baby but suddenly my vision opened up and I felt happy just being in this moment. The clear weather, my favorite coffee shop, and the lovely baby in front of me. Just a little while ago, I was anxious about when I would put the baby to sleep, and I felt like such an idiotㅎ Even this moment will be remembered as a memory later,, The baby not sleeping and whining will all pass as good memories later, but I felt like I was only looking at the present moment. Sometimes, I think it's hard to live a daily life that feels like being chased. Anyway, it'll all be memories when it passes, and there will come a day when you can laugh and say, "That was the way it was then." I hope you don't get too stressed out in the presentㅎ Me and you too!
