🛏️ #공간분리인테리어 with a bunk bed to clearly divide the space A very small child's room, less than 1 pyeong, 100% utilization of the space! I thought it would be 1 pyeong, but when I rechecked, it was less than 1 pyeong. ㅎㄷㄷ The part I considered the most while decorating the small room was space separation, and I thought that I needed a space that was small but clearly divided.💛 I decided to divide the child's small room into a sleeping space, a study space, and a hobby space, and looked for furniture. ✅ Desk I used the desk I had, and I bought several Daiso storage boxes under the bookshelf that came with the desk, and put various school supplies and other supplies in them. It was much neater and better looking than the pencil holders that were messily placed on the desk. ✅ Piano I had to place the piano for my hobby in this room because there was no place to put it in another room. Instead of placing it directly in front of the door, I placed it on the wall next to the door, which is not visible from the entrance. It looked neat and didn't feel stuffy, which was nice. I was also worried that the colors didn't match with the other furniture in the child's room, but I was able to get around that. I hung other instruments above and below the piano like objects and stored them there. ✅ Bunk bed Since a child's room definitely needs a lot of storage, I needed something with a lot of storage. I was debating whether to buy a storage bed or a storage unit, and the one I chose was a bunk bed. I decided to put the upper part as a sleeping space and the lower part as a space for hobbies and play. The bunk bed has a sliding door, so even if you don't clean up after playing, it looks neat just by closing the door, which is very satisfying. I put a toy storage and a bookshelf in it to make it a space to read books and play, but when it gets a little bigger, it would be good to use it as a space for hobbies or to store clothes instead of a play space. I also installed a bar-type LED light under the bunk, so it’s not scary even if the child closes the door and goes in :) When I saw my child’s friends come over and play, there were three of them? LOL ✅ Storage cabinet I put the oldest son’s stuff in the bunk bed and threw it away… I wonder why there’s no place to store them because they keep multiplying in the meantime?! The Legos that I made beautifully are always displayed on the floor, lol However, thanks to the Room & Home Mild’s wider storage cabinet, I now have space to display the Legos I made beautifully without breaking them. I've organized all my overflowing school supplies and art supplies and stored them in boxes in my closet.
