Kimbap with green onions~ At a place where I eat kimbap regularly, I always have kimbap ingredients. I buy more ham and scallions when they are on sale, and put them in the freezer. Spinach and cucumbers are worth their weight in gold these days. I don't have spinach at all~~ Since green onions are cheap, I bought two or three bags, and blanched them, then mixed half and put the other half in the freezer. You can defrost them later, squeeze out all the moisture, and mix them. Kimbap made with green onions is also delicious. But be careful. If you roll the kimbap too hard, the moisture will come out and the kimbap will be tough. Try making it with green onions instead of spinach and cucumber.
