Tuna Vegetable Bibimbap Recipe🫶🏻 I heard that this is how you eat bibimbap these days? Steam the sliced vegetables all at once in a steamer, add the seasoning sauce, and mix. 😲 It's really convenient because you can steam them all at once without having to stir-fry them separately!? Pour a lot of sesame oil, add Chuni's all-purpose seasoning sauce, and mix. It's so delicious. 🤓 I've posted this seasoning sauce on Instagram many times. It's delicious when you dip it in steamed vegetables, dip it in meat, and mix it with rice! I'll write the seasoning sauce recipe at the bottom :) For bibimbap ingredients, I used bean sprouts, canned tuna, zucchini, and carrots I cut the zucchini and carrots with a Luci Julienne Peeler, so the ingredients were quickly prepared and it didn't take long to make it☺️ The Luci Peeler is made of the highest grade stainless steel, so it is resistant to corrosion and contamination, and it doesn't rust, so it can be used semi-permanently, and it's convenient to use because the ingredients don't get caught between the blades🫰🏻 _______________________ 👩🍳All-purpose seasoning sauce (measured with a rice spoon) 1 tbsp anchovy sauce, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp allulose syrup, 1 tbsp red pepper powder, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and green chili pepper.
