Part 1 of Brunch Cafe at Home - Crepeโ๏ฝก๐ฆนยฐ These days, on hot days, even I, a home baker, often feel reluctant to stand in front of the oven๐ฅต๐ฅน In those times, I tend to make desserts that don't use the oven, but you can make desserts that are just as good as brunch cafes at home๐ค Today, I'm going to introduce the first dessert, crepe๐ฝ๏ธ It's really delicious when you put your desired toppings inside the chewy and crispy thin dough..โค๏ธ I ate various versions with whipped cream, blueberries, Nutella jam, maple syrup, etc.โฐ๐ซ๐ญ๐ซ The dough is also really simple๏พ๐ค.โ๏ปฟ I'll share my recipe:) [Ingredients] 2 eggs A little salt 20g sugar 30g butter 350g milk All-purpose flour 130g [Recipe] 1. Melt the butter in the microwave. (You can use the same amount of cooking oil! However, we do not recommend scented oils such as olive oil.) 2. Add sugar and salt to 2 eggs and lightly beat with a whisk. 3. Add milk and melted butter and mix well. 4. Sift in the cake flour and mix well. 5. Sieve the dough 2-3 times to make it smooth. 6. Cover the finished dough with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour - overnight to make a chewy dough:) 7. Lightly oil a round, shallow frying pan with a brush or an oiled kitchen towel. 8. Heat the pan sufficiently, turn off the heat, pour in the dough, and immediately turn the pan to spread it thinly and widely. Then, adjust the heat to medium. 9. Flip over when the edges of the dough are completely crispy and there are enough bubbles in the middle. 10. Repeat steps 7-9.
