When I first bought the house, I didn't even think about changing the facade, let alone renovating it, so when I first got the house, the facade was still brought by the developer, at least with the addition of a canopy in the garage and in front of the entrance. The standard garage canopy uses a gypsum-rich material, while the front of the entrance uses a membrane-rich material that is commonly used in cafes.
