The facade of the Grava House has a semi-minimalist concept. Our facade was actually brought by the developer and we renovated it a little by adding a canopy for the carport in front of the house. The color nuances we chose were black and gray with a touch of mini plants in front of the house as a sweetener. The reason we chose this facade style was because we wanted the house to look simple but still attractive and neat. So to get this minimalist style we deliberately used a canopy with black hollow iron, the same as the fence also using black hollow iron and gray wall paint and added with the use of gray patterned floor tiles to match.
