Today's recipe is dedicated to chocolate lovers and dieters...๐ŸคŽ No-oven, super-easy chocolate mousse that can be made in just 5 minutes๐Ÿซ When I need to lose weight but really crave chocolate, I grind melted dark chocolate (85% or more) with tofu, maple syrup, and cocoa powder to make mousse. It's a great recipe because it not only reduces weight gain but also fills you up with protein! Don't worry, it doesn't taste like tofu at all!ใ…‹ใ…‹ใ…‹ใ…‹ (It's not super sweet like real milk chocolate, but it tastes like healthy and light chocolate!ใ…‹ใ…‹ใ…‹) Ah! If you use vegan chocolate, you can make it into a vegan dessert๐ŸคŽ๐ŸคŽ๐ŸคŽ - Ingredients - 100g dark chocolate 300g soft tofu 1t maple syrup 1t cocoa powder 1t peanut butter a little Greek yogurt a little chocolate powder a little nuts - How to make - 1. Add soft tofu 300, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and peanut butter to a food processor or blender. 2. Add the melted and slightly cooled dark chocolate and grind until smooth. 3. Transfer to a cup or yogurt bowl that is easy to eat and put in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours. (The longer you leave it, the more thick it becomes! However, since tofu was added, if you leave it for too long, water may form. If water forms, just pour out the water and discard it.) 4.
