Rumah.rimara has a minimalist facade style 🏠 We chose a minimalist facade style because it prioritizes functionality & simplicity. So that the appearance of the facade does not have many details, it looks simple but modern. With detailed lines on the main fence & dutch door using iron combined with wood-patterned fiber cement boards then painted brown to make it look more natural. *This main fence is a characteristic or vocal point of the facade of our house, because of its curved shape and the combination of white lines & wood. Combined with the use of roster blocks with small checkered motifs, it functions as a space for light to enter and exit & still has good aesthetics. With white exterior paint, it is quite durable after being used for more than 2 years. However, there are still parts that need to be retouched & maintained. We built a more closed house facade because its function is as a barrier for privacy from outside the house. And we can also enjoy a lot of time on the terrace of the house freely without having to worry about people passing by.
