Add potato strips, 2 tablespoons of pancake mix, a little salt, and a little pepper to a mixing bowl and mix well. (I added a small amount of starch powder, but you can omit it.) 4. Add a generous amount of oil to a heated pan, spread the potato strip dough thinly, and fry it over medium heat until golden brown. Done!
