
This is Sabuaka. I've been doing the #homegym for about 2 weeks now and I've been doing it consistently. I've started using the abdominal roller and my stomach is starting to show. Shoulder and neck stretches → yoga → strength training → if I have time, I can concentrate on the exercise bike and it takes just over 30 minutes. I'm pretty sweaty. When it cools down, I might bring my yoga mat up to the roof and do it. #rental #one-room apartment #houseplants #renovation
