#집밥이최고 #Today's scene one cut These days, I'm interested in food and health, so I'm trying to eat a lot of vegetables. I'm careful about what I eat first thing in the morning so that my blood sugar spike doesn't occur as much as possible But most of the things I like are things I avoid as my first food So I end up eating boiled eggs as my first meal. (Did you know that bananas and sweet potatoes aren't good on an empty stomach...?)
