
#한그릇유아식레시피 #Crab meat cheese risotto Ingredients: Rice + barley (75g soaked rice) or 100g cooked rice, 45g crab meat, 30g broccoli, 30g onion, 200~400ml milk, 1 slice of baby cheese, 1/2T sesame oil 1. Chop 30g broccoli and 30g onion into appropriate sizes. 2. Pour 1/2T sesame oil on a pan and preheat over low heat. 3. Add chopped onion and broccoli and stir-fry. 4. When the onion becomes transparent, add raw rice soaked for 3 hours and 1/2T sesame oil and stir-fry over low heat. (You can shorten the cooking time by using cooked rice instead of raw rice.) 5. Add 45g crab meat and stir-fry. 6. When the rice is cooked to a certain degree, pour in the milk and boil over medium heat. 7. Stir-fry while stirring well so that it doesn’t stick. 8.
