Hello. This is churry. In this post, I will introduce some of the furniture I use, so I hope it will be helpful for those who are starting to live alone or are having trouble utilizing their space. First, let me briefly explain my space. It is a 1.5 room of about 10 pyeong. There is a window, but it is blocked by the building, so the sunlight does not come in well. 1. Ikea vangsta table The Ikea vangsta table is an expandable product. It is 120 cm before expansion and 180 cm after expansion. It is a suitable size for various tasks such as eating and studying. I usually use it expanded, and it is wide enough to eat without putting away my work. If your living space is narrow, I recommend using it by attaching it to the wall without expanding it normally, and then expanding it when needed. It is not too heavy, so when guests come, you can just move the location and place the chairs. It was comfortable even for 6 people. 2. Ikea gunde folding chair This is an inexpensive folding chair from Ikea. I have been using this product for about 8 years and it is still working well without any problems. When not in use, I fold it and use it when I need to, and it is especially useful when guests come over when used with the table introduced above. The price is also very reasonable. 3. Comfortable Yeonhwa 3-stage folding mattress When I first started living alone, I really wanted a sofa. In fact, it is not easy to put a sofa in most single rooms, but you can overcome this to some extent by using a sofa bed. You can use it as a sofa during normal times and turn it into a bed when you sleep. It is a bit inconvenient, but I am very satisfied because I can completely separate rest and sleep. The product I used until recently was IKEA Solsta, but it has been discontinued, and the product I recently purchased is the Comfortable Yeonhwa 3-stage folding mattress from Hudo. Since it is a foldable mattress, it is almost the same as a sofa bed, and it is actually a mattress with springs, so it feels better to use. 4. T5 lighting As I mentioned earlier, the house I live in has a building that blocks the windows, so sunlight does not come in well. For those who live alone, it's not easy to see natural light at home... (Especially natural light is very important when taking pictures...;;;) So after researching, the alternative I found is to install T5 lights on the window. When you turn on the lights, the light comes in from above and below like natural light, which creates a nice atmosphere. If you don't like seeing the T5 lights, you can cover them with blinds like I did, so you can create a more natural look! You can easily fix them with 3M tape, so it's easy to restore them to their original state. I've introduced a total of 4 products, and as you all know, most of them are easy to install and don't take up much space when moving. Unless you buy them, moving is a problem that you can't remove, but if you use foldable products or assembly products like IKEA, it's not a burden when moving. Of course, the price is also reasonable. I hope my post was of some help, but thank you for reading the long post. If you have any questions, please leave a comment at any time!
