Having a pre-teen is fun, especially when they start to have different personal space needs. Well, in our child's current room, there are no more toys scattered around, except for a few that he still loves and we display on the shelves as decorations. The room is not too big, so to make it feel more spacious, we chose not to put too many knick-knacks. Because he really likes the color blue, we painted the mini table and cupboard in his favorite color. Oh yeah, this room is more for sleeping. If he studies, he is more comfortable in the work room, and to play games that use the TV, he just moves to the family room.
