<Tomato Frittata and Pinot Grigio> I started the first day of the holiday with wine ๐Ÿฅ‚ I put cheese on top of the tomato frittata and ate it together It was pretty, delicious, and a pleasant start to the holiday in many ways ๐Ÿฅฐ โ€ขIngredients Tomatoes, eggplant, onion, egg, olive oil Pecorino Romano cheese, salt, pepper, parsley Make egg water with cheese and salt Cut the tomatoes, eggplant, and onion into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry them! Pour the egg water, cover, and put on low heat.
