I ordered early due to moving and scheduled delivery for about a month and a half later, and it was delivered without any problems. I saw a different design at the store and was worried about the color, but I just trusted the Sis design and decided on a different design after seeing only the pictures. It's moderately firm and comfortable to lie down on. The legs are made of very thin steel, so they look a little flimsy, but they're very comfortable.
