ෆMix and Match TIPෆ This is Slow Home Therapy. Hello.🤎 Do you all have a dream about your bedroom? I shared a room with my younger sister at my parents' house until I was a college student. Since it was my parents' room, I inherited a queen-size bed, and of course, the bed was filled with colorful pink bedding, pillows, cushions, and dolls that fully reflected my parents' tastes. I often dropped all the cushions under the bed and slept. Since then, one of my bedroom dreams has become to have only four pillows on the bed like in a hotel. Actually, this is my second time living independently! I started living alone for the first time when I came to Seoul in my early 20s, but after quitting my job, I moved back to my parents' house, and then came back to Seoul in my late 20s to start living alone properly. I write it as a single-person household, but I hope that someday I can call it independence- In my first house, I didn't have time to care about the interior because I was working, so I only had one pillow, and I didn't realize my pillow dream from the beginning in this house either. I ended up buying two 70cm pillows for my 110cm super single bed, which is meticulous but also has some corners that aren't meticulous. I spent two whole years with the pillows sticking out of the bed when I put them next to each other. I would pull the pillows toward the bed every now and then while I was sleeping..😅 Then I decided to live in this house for another two years and made a tacit renewal! The pillow filling was almost dead, so I decided to completely change the interior. I bought a new 60cm pillow and ordered a pretty pillow cover. I ran into a problem here too. The pillow cover was too cool and refreshing, contrary to my expectations. My studio apartment only has warm colors.. I held back tears and went fabric shopping once again. This time, I was determined to find a pillow cover that would definitely match, so I searched for fabric diligently. There are many ways to see if a pillow cover matches, such as editing the image or comparing it to a photo. I used an easy method! I took a picture of my room, captured several pillow colors, made an album, and put them in, then rearranged the order of the photos to find the color that best matches. I recommend it because you can easily find a combination that matches.🫶🏼 The pillow covers were delivered one by one, and I was touched when I opened them, excitedly washed them, and finally covered them with pillow filling and laid them down, and I was so happy. One of my dreams came true. I am healed by this coziness today. I think decorating a house is this kind of fun. I had so much to say, but thank you for reading.
