#신혼부부일상 #오늘의식탁 #오늘장면한컷 #레시피 #집밥요리 It finally feels like fall has come with the cool mornings and evenings 💫 Welcome fall 🤎 When I came home today, my husband had already made the stir-fried pork ribs kimchi that I've been singing about since last week❣️ The aged kimchi I had at home was delicious, so stir-fried pork ribs was a great successㅎㅎ My mom's favorite side dishes, perilla leaves, seasoned bellflower root, and seasoned cucumber are all filling🥹 Recharge from Monday~~~🔥 👉 #등갈비김치찜 Recipe ✔️Add 2 spoons of soybean paste, whole pepper, and 1 cup of soju to a pot and boil the pork ribs for about 30 minutes. ✔️For the seasoned broth, boil anchovy broth (coin) in 600ml of water. ✔️Place kimchi on top, drain the boiled meat, wash it once, and place it on top. ✔️Add 4 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1.5 tablespoons of minced garlic on top and boil on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Add green onions and when the broth is cooked, it's done❤️ (⚠️Be careful, the kimchi may burn if boiled on high heat!)
