When he first started eating baby food, I fed him a variety of foods, but as time passed, he started to become a picky eater. He is very sensitive to textures, so one day he started spitting out green leafy vegetables, tough fish, and slightly tough meat. So from then on, I started making rice in a pot with ingredients that my child didn't eat well, and he ate it well because the vegetables, meat, and fish in the rice in the pot were soft. If you cook rice in a pot, it's a piece of cake.
