These days, it's a great day to eat something delicious on the terrace and have a glass of white wine🩵🍃 It's not a terrace, but I prepared simple menus at home and chatted with my friends. Simple menus that are not simple in terms of appearance or taste:) In particular, pea burrata cheese is a menu that I personally really like! It's delicious even if you make it with frozen peas, so make it right away😊 #pea burrata cheese Slice 5-6 cloves of garlic, add a piece of butter, fry, and then add about 1 cup of frozen peas and fry. Pour in a little water, add a little chicken stock, and salt and pepper, and boil. When the peas are cooked, mash them lightly with a fork. Place the burrata on a plate, add salt, pepper, olive oil, and grate the lemon zest and sprinkle a little lemon juice. #EggInHell Chop onions, zucchini, eggplant, paprika, garlic, etc. from the refrigerator and stir-fry them in a pan with olive oil, then add commercial tomato sauce and boil. (I used rose sauce.) Check the seasoning and add salt if necessary, then add eggs at the end and close the lid and cook over low heat until half-cooked. Top with grated Grana Padano or Parmesan cheese to finish. #Arugula Jambon Sandwich Spread basil pesto on toasted bread, add arugula, fresh mozzarella cheese, and jambon, sprinkle with balsamic sauce, and then top with bread. (It's even better if you slice tomatoes and add them too:)) #Cucumber Salad (I made this the day before😊) Slice a cucumber thinly and marinate with 1 teaspoon of salt. Squeeze out the water after about 20 minutes. It's crunchy and delicious when there's no water. Add a large spoonful of Greek yogurt + a little dill + 1 spoonful of lemon juice + half a spoonful of honey and mix well. Put the yogurt on bread and it's so delicious:) #Busiest at home #오홈스토랑 #오늘장면한컷 #초대음식 #초대요리 #홈브런치 #홈카페
