Cooking challenge for my husband's birthday. We decided on galbijjim and japchae for the menu, and we made galbijjim first in the morning. Since it was my first time making galbijjim, I brought my iPad and watched YouTube videos and followed along diligently. I also made japchae while watching YouTube, but failed to adjust the amount. Still, more is better than less! We prepared a small table with the reserved cake, and we had a pleasant birthday for the three of us!
