There are many public holidays in October, so I like having time to rest 🩶 Last night, my husband made a home-cooked meal 🥩🥂 🍽 I had Hanwoo Topple Sirloin Steak with cherry tomatoes, asparagus, onions, and garlic as garnishes and served with herb salt and steak sauce! 💬 Apply olive oil on the outside of the steak, Season salt and pepper on both sides, and then reverse sear in the oven 100 degrees Celsius, 10 minutes per 1cm of meat thickness 40 minutes reverse sear, then put butter on a frying pan and finish over high heat 🫶 I'm grateful to my husband who prepared such a pretty table for our wedding anniversary.
