Kitchen tools. Many of my kitchen tools have been with me for years. When choosing new tools, I choose materials that can be used for a long time. Iron, cast iron, stainless steel, ceramic, wood… There is no other reason, it is just my taste. My kitchen does not have an electric rice cooker or microwave. I am not neat and I am not good at housekeeping, but inconveniences such as not being able to use detergent or having to oil it have become a given.
