Today!! As I told you in yesterday's posting ✍🏻 I'll review the burrata cheese I bought at Costco and tell you how to eat it deliciously I like all cheeses.. But among them, this is the cheese that I especially love At first glance, it looks like a marshmallow ㅎㅎ Burrata cheese is a fresh cheese made by Italian artisans, made by mixing Italian cream with the milk lumps used to make mozzarella It has a chewy mozzarella-like exterior and a buttery, creamy cheese-like interior Its special feature is that it's filled with 😆 'Burrata' means 'butter' in Italian.
