When you don't have enough money or time to remodel, just do this✨ I want to do a full interior remodel, but cost and time are always the problem🥲 I also don't have time, so I hurriedly looked for a company to do a partial remodel, and completed the construction, move-in cleaning, and moving in in a month😂 (It was even Chuseok in the same month...) After consulting with companies, the cost was higher than I thought, so I took out and added a lot of things💵 I'll tell you about the interior construction that I've experienced that can produce the most dramatic effect with a relatively small cost and time🤍 1️⃣ Lighting (indirect lighting, downlights) You can get a really satisfying effect just with lighting! In particular, I am really satisfied with the indirect lighting, downlights💡 I removed the existing direct lights in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom and changed them all to downlights and installed indirect curtain box lighting in the living room✨ It was soft and pretty🥹 2️⃣ Painting The existing wallpaper in all the rooms was dark gray, so I painted them all again! Since wallpaper acts as a canvas for the house, I personally prefer bright and cheerful ones🕊️ The living room and small rooms were painted with white wallpaper, and the bedroom was painted with silk wallpaper with a texture that felt like a painting. I am satisfied with the wallpaper because it creates a bright and clean background overall✨ 3️⃣ Film The existing kitchen upper and lower cabinets were discolored from glossy to yellowish and shiny... I thought about replacing both the kitchen tiles and the upper and lower cabinets, but it was too expensive😅 The dampers on the upper and lower cabinets worked well, so I just installed the film in a matte ivory color, and I am satisfied because it looks like new! The kitchen cost was also reduced a lot, which was good. 4️⃣ Ceiling fan (lowest price group purchase scheduled for 10.24) The difference before and after installing the ceiling fan is clear! It's cool when turned on without a separate circulator, and it helps with ventilation all year round, making the indoor air pleasant🍃 I chose the option with LED lighting, and it creates a soft mood💡 My husband likes it more than I do, saying it feels like a gentle natural breeze.
