It is a magnetic type, so pull it forward to open. (It varies by product, so read the manual in advance.) 2️⃣Pull the handle on the air purifier filter to take it out. (Clear the surrounding area because it will blow dust.) 3️⃣Wipe the inside and outside of the air purifier with a microfiber cloth sprayed with alcohol. (I cleaned the gaps by wrapping the cloth around a skewer.) 4️⃣I replaced the air purifier filter, but if you are using it as is, separate the double filters and vacuum the dust. (Never clean with water!) 5️⃣Manage the air purifier sensor with a cotton swab. (The sensor must be clean to detect accurately.) 6️⃣Reassemble all the air purifier covers. (Fit them into the grooves below and close them.) 7️⃣Press the cleaning power + dust status buttons on the main unit at the same time for more than 3 seconds to reset the filter. If a square and check mark appear on the left, it is complete. (If you reset it, you will automatically be notified when it is time to replace it) 8️⃣ Dispose of the used filter as general waste. (There is a lot of dust, so throw it away in its original form) 📌Small tips ✔️We recommend replacing it once a year, but it varies depending on the user and environment, so check the remaining filter amount. (The LG Thinq app will tell you the remaining filter amount in %.) ✔️Please clean the filter periodically according to the usage amount. ✔️You can purchase the filter at the service center or LG Electronics service site. I'm having a cup of warm latte after cleaning. It was relatively easy to clean because it was a filter replacement. Even if it's a single-stage PuriCare, there is an additional air purifier in each room, so this is enough. Home appliances need to be managed on time to perform properly.
