Since I moved to Germany, I've been enjoying eating seasonal foods. It's a routine I do every time the season changes. These days, it's pumpkin season in Germany, so you can see a lot of pumpkins here and there. Although they're not as sweet as Korean pumpkins, I bought some pumpkins that taste similar and made pumpkin soup! 〰️Recipe〰️ 1. Steam the pumpkin, cut it in half, and scoop out the insides. 2. While the pumpkin is steaming, melt a spoonful of butter in another pot. 3. Fry the onions and potatoes in the melted butter. 4. When the potatoes are slightly cooked, add the pumpkin cut into small pieces. 5. When the pumpkin is cooked to a certain degree, add 200ml of water and cook until very soft. 6. Add 200ml of heavy cream and 200ml of milk, boil once, and let cool. (If you boil it for too long with the whipped cream, it will become thick, so boil it for a short time!) 7. When it cools down, put it all in a blender and grind it. 8. It tastes better if you sprinkle parsley powder, bread, and cheese powder on top and eat it ❤️〰️ #Corn Soup Record #오홈스토랑 #사브르한식탁 #내마음에사브르 #가을애우리집 #주방인테리어 #혼자서도잘먹어요 #컬러풀홈 #컬러인테리어 #온더테이블 #홈브런치 #홈브런치메뉴 #홈카페족 #홈카페투어
