It so happened that the developer gave us a balcony that is also a service area and drying area. To get around this so that we have outdoor space to sit, we use high bar chairs, and woodplank as a "coffee table" so that it doesn't take up too much space. Then because it's outdoor, we paint the floor with black epoxy, besides making it more elegant, it's also cheaper than installing wooden panel floors.
