(It's becoming our signature brunch menu ㅎㅎ) I love soup so much that I bought a Horeca soup bowl, and it's so pretty😍😍 Next time, I'm going to try making anchovy soup with raw fish ㅎㅎ <🍄‍🟫Soup recipe full of mushrooms🍴> ☑️ Ingredients Half an onion, 200~250g mushrooms, 10g butter, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 150g water, 200g milk, 150g heavy cream, 10g all-purpose flour (I used pancake mix..ㅎ :)), salt, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, pepper, parsley 1️⃣ Put the butter in a pan and when it melts, add the minced garlic and finely chopped onion and stir-fry until transparent 2️⃣ Slice the thinly sliced mushrooms and add the moisture Stir-fry over low heat until it melts (becomes brown) 3️⃣ Add 10g of all-purpose flour and 150g of water and boil over medium heat. Once it starts to boil, add 200g of milk and 150g of heavy cream 4️⃣ Once it starts to boil, add a slice of cheddar cheese (add more if you like) and stir well. After the cheese has melted, add salt ✔️Be sure to add salt after the cheese has melted. 5️⃣ Adjust the consistency to your taste (all-purpose flour or starch), add chopped parsley, stir well, and enjoy🍽 ✔️Serve with warm toasted bread🍞 if you like
