Milk. Butter. Flour. Chicken stock. Salt 1. Melt the butter in a pot and add an equal amount of all-purpose flour and mix well over low heat so it doesn't burn. 2. Once the butter and flour are well mixed, pour in an appropriate amount of milk and boil while stirring so that it doesn't stick. 3. Add half the amount of milk and mix. 4. Season with chicken stock. If it's a little lacking, add salt~ 5.
