900th Day Heart #마르게리따 Pizza 🍕 A few days ago was our 900th wedding day! How does time go by so fastㅋㅋㅋㅋ I want to be newlyweds for the rest of my life, but it's slowly becoming like this...a wedding...?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It's becoming like this🫠ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ This time, to celebrate the 900th day, I baked a heart-shaped Margherita pizza with my heart! The pizza dough should be baked the day before and left to ferment overnight to taste the best, but this time, I didn't have enough time, so I made the dough in the morning and baked it. It's a little disappointing, but I think it turned out thin and crispy. Hehe🙈 Did the heart shape come out well...? Hehe♥️ I'll share the recipe with you so I hope you try baking it once🍕🫶🏻 - Ingredients - 300g strong flour 200ml lukewarm water 2g yeast 4g salt 5g sugar 10g olive oil Commercial tomato sauce Fresh mozzarella cheese A little basil - How to make - 1. Pour the strong flour into a large airtight container, place the yeast, salt, and sugar on top of the strong flour with some space between them, and mix gently with each strong flour. (In particular, salt can interfere with fermentation if it touches the yeast directly, so coat each of the flour in advance like this.) 2. Now, mix everything together lightly, add lukewarm water and olive oil, and mix with a spatula until no flour is visible. 3. Knead the dough with a spatula for about 5 minutes, close the lid, and let it ferment in the refrigerator overnight. 4. Place the dough on a work surface lightly sprinkled with strong flour and cut the dough in half. (Half of the dough is enough for 1 pizza, store the rest in the refrigerator!) 5. Lightly sprinkle strong flour on the dough and lightly round it, then cover with a cloth or stainless steel bowl and let it rise for 1 hour. 6. Place the dough on a floured pan and press down from the center to make a pizza shape. (Do not touch the edges!) 7. Place the pan on medium heat, fill it with tomato sauce, and apply olive oil to the edges. 8. Place mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce, close the lid, and bake for about 10 minutes. 9. Open the lid, transfer the pizza to the oven pan, add desired toppings, bake at 230 degrees for 5 minutes, then bake at 180 degrees for 10 more minutes and it's done! (If you don't have an oven, cook it in a frying pan for a little longer) 10. Top with olive oil and basil and you're done!
