A fence is not just a barrier, but also an important element that gives a first impression of a house. Since I live in a cluster that does not allow fences, I didn't make a full fence to the front. So you could say it's a semi-fence, hhi, because I still want to have privacy so that it's not too open to the outside. So it's safer and more comfortable too.
