Story of finding a house ✨ Choosing a house is a matter of fate, before we chose this house, we initially took a sharia housing but we were cheated by a sharia housing developer for tens of millions, after that we looked for a second house that was sufficient for our budget at that time and after the AJB to the notary suddenly the day before signing the AJB the seller canceled it on the grounds that there was a family who did not agree to the house being sold and the second failed again. We then went back to looking for a second house and thank God the third one was a match for this house, the process was very fast and smooth. We chose this house because the price was quite cheap and adjusted to the budget at that time, besides that because we were already suited to the environment, especially the water and road access which was close to the city center and free from flooding.
