This house started from a plot of land that we built from scratch. The search period for this plot of land took more than 1 year. Initially, we insisted on becoming residents of Sleman, but the budget said otherwise. Dozens of surveys always found locations that did not match our criteria. Even if there were any, the price would definitely be sky-high. Until one day my mother found an advertisement for this plot of land on the internet. The price was right, the environment was good in a residential area. In Jogja, it's called "mangku aspal" which is quite strategically located opposite the village treasury land. There's no need to worry that this land will suddenly turn into a goat pen or a trash can. The downside is that the location is not in Sleman but in Banguntapan. Finally, after going through several considerations, especially regarding the crazy increase in property prices, we decided to buy this land in 2019.
