Finding a House 🏡🤍 This house is a finished house that we bought from a developer. We chose this because we felt it was suitable for the location, size and price. For a house with our budget, the average has a land area of under 100m2 while this house has a land area of 140m2. In addition, the location is also strategic and is on the main road. Although the LB from the developer is quite small, we can really use the remaining land with the concept of a growing house. When buying this house, there were several small renovations that we did before moving into this house. Among them are renovating the kitchen (slide 2), making a canopy, fence and garden (slide 3) and rooms (slide 4). Most of these renovations are adding or expanding. No building structure was completely dismantled in order to save on the renovation budget. The definition of an ideal home for me is the most comfortable place to come home to and gather with family.
