Searching for land = Searching for a soulmate why? Because it's not easy to find the right one. Actually, the land we are currently building and occupying is not the land we were looking for from the start. The first land we were looking for was on the next street, it was wider but when we surveyed and met with the buyer, we were still not allowed to negotiate the price while we still had a little less money. At that time we were down but on the way home we met a good person who came from who knows where and showed us that on the next street there was another land for sale, we immediately checked it out and it turned out to be a more strategic location. As soon as the owner of the land was called by my husband, we went to his house and negotiated, thank God it was a direct deal. A year later, we started building this land. Little by little we started learning about building a house so that the results and progress were in accordance with what we expected. Sometimes a soulmate is not the most desired, but the most comfortable for us.
