first time looking for a house in 2020 during the pandemic, it took about 4 months until finally choosing this house. When buying this house, the reasons were because of the good location, already full housing (old housing area) and affordable prices with a land area of 6x16 meters2. changes to this house from its initial appearance (developer default) to now being renovated a little bit to get a hommi japandi feel. the back area which was originally empty land, was made into a full building for the kitchen and washing and drying area. until now I am still happy and grateful to be able to buy this house. Because this house feels comfortable to live in with family.
