Hi Neighbors, Flashback to getting our first house, it wasn't short. Starting from looking for a new house, until finally we chose this second house considering the same price but getting a larger land area compared to if we bought a new unit. Before we occupied this house, we did renovations including making this rooftop. Starting from the renovation of replacing the wooden roof with light steel, adding room areas to changing the interior and also the facade. The ideal house according to us is a house that is comfortable inside without having to use expensive materials.
